Product images, flavour descriptions, and puff counts are provided by manufacturers and are indicative — actual performance can vary based on usage patterns, storage, and individual device variance.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is received via one of our supported payment methods (bank transfer, crypto, Apple Pay, PayID, and other methods shown at checkout). Prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or failed age verification.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch times and shipping costs are outlined at checkout and on our FAQ page. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer. Risk of loss passes to the customer once an order is handed to the courier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of vaping products, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. Faulty or damaged devices may be eligible for replacement or refund — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence. See our FAQ for full details.
